(together with its affiliated companies, “Altin Mechanical”, “Altin Steel Fabrication”, “Altin Drives and Controls”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Commercial information, including records of products and services obtained from Altin Partners, Ltd. and information about your purchasing preferences.
Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our websites, mobile apps and advertisements.
Audio information from calls made to our customer service center, which may be recorded.
Professional or employment-related information, in the form of business contact information and as noted above in connection with credit checks performed in connection with certain services.
Inferences drawn from (1) the information we collect when you visit our Sites or use our mobile apps when you use our products or services, (2) information we collect, including through third-party suppliers, regarding content and other data posted on the Internet (such as public locations on the Internet) and (3) information about consumer preferences and behavior that we collect on our websites and mobile apps or purchase from third parties in order to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior and attitudes.

The information marked with an asterisk (*) above is considered “sensitive information” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Unless otherwise stated, we intend to retain the above information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected.
II. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect personal information that you provide to us, including information you submit to us when you use the Sites or our mobile apps, rent equipment or purchase other services from us. As you navigate through and interact with the Sites or use mobile apps, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, online activities and browsing actions and patterns. We may collect this information directly or through third parties, including operating systems and platforms, social networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers or advertising networks.

The technologies we use for automatic data collection on the Sites or our mobile applications include cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device. A web beacon is a small electronic file (e.g., clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) with a unique identifier that is used to understand browsing activity. - Complete transactions, including your rental or purchase of products and services.

VII. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The content of the Site is not targeted to or intended for children under 13 years of age. Altin Partners, Ltd. does not market products or services to this age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site or on or through any of its features or register on the Site, make any purchases or rentals through the Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact our Privacy Officer via the Contact Us page.
VIII. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Utah and Connecticut may have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; (2) request that we delete your personal information; (3) access and obtain a copy of your personal information that we collect; (4) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (5) opt out of targeted advertising; or (6) limit the use and disclosure of certain sensitive information. In addition, we may not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. We will honor your request to the extent required by applicable law and will make a good faith effort to honor your request in all other cases.

With respect to deletion requests, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Please note that we may take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to information or acting on your request to exercise your rights, as required or permitted by law. We may limit our response to your exercise of the above rights as permitted by law.
You may designate an authorized agent to exercise the foregoing rights on your behalf. An agent may be an individual or a business entity registered with your Secretary of State. To designate an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with written permission to submit the request. We may still require you to verify your identity directly (subject to certain exceptions). We may refuse a request if the agent does not provide adequate proof of their authorization.
X. SALES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When we share information for purposes of targeted advertising or advertising networks, such sharing may be considered a “sale” of information under some state laws. You may request to opt out of such sharing of information.
XI. DO NOT TRACK
Please note that our Sites and mobile apps are not designed to respond to “do not track” requests from Web browsers.
XII. DATA SECURITY
We have implemented measures designed to secure your information. We require that any third parties that process your information on our behalf comply with a comprehensive set of security requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or relevant Web policies).
XIII. UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

When we make material changes to this Policy, we will post a link to the revised Policy on the homepage of our Sites, and if you have registered for any of products or services or have an account with us, we may also inform you though a communications channel that you have provided. The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Any changes to this Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the Sites.
